Help TCG Enhance American Theatre

Supporting TCG is the most efficient and far-reaching way to give to the American not-for-profit theatre field.

TCG impacts American theatre by:

  • maintaining over 15 programs for the American theatre field, including Free Night of Theater which provides over 75,000 free theatre tickets every year in over 100 cities across the country
  • granting more than $2 million a year to support American theatre artists and organizations, and fund international exchange
  • leading the publication field in dramatic texts and resources for the theatre through TCG Publications (15 new books each year) and American Theatre magazine (reaching 50+ states and 90+ countries in over 13 languages).
  • publishing ARTSEARCH, the leading source of information on jobs and internships in the arts
  • supporting over 470 member theatres across the nation and growing

Individual donors make up roughly 25% of our annual contributed income. As giving from corporations, foundations and government agencies becomes less reliable, we turn to you, our individual supporters to keep American theatre vibrant.
