A limited number of rooms have been reserved for training program participants at the Atheneum Suite Hotel. For the special group rate, identify yourself as a participant with the Theatre Communications Group Event and guarantee payment with a major credit card. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be held only until June 16. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the hotel’s standard rates, which are substantially higher. Cancellation of room reservations must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

Room blocks are reserved from Saturday night through Tuesday night, however, for those wishing to extend their visit, the hotel will honor the TCG discount rate.
