Teleconferences

TCG offers a number a teleconference series, moderated by experienced professionals from the field, that enable geographically separated managers to share information and ideas and to work with peers to find solutions to common problems. Participation in the teleconferences is only open to staff at TCG Member Theatres.

Leadership Teleconferences

TCG is proud to offer a new series of teleconferences for trustees and staff of our member theatres. Leadership Teleconferences, a program of the TCG Trustee Leadership Network, will include presentations by experts in various fields who will give their unique perspective on a topic and then will engage in a dialogue with a moderator and a pre-selected panel. Participants will listen to the presentation and have the opportunity to email questions for the speaker. Participation in the Leadership Teleconference Series is only open to trustees and staff at TCG member organizations.

Theatre Professionals Teleconferences

Theatre Professionals Teleconferences are held each year on a rotating basis for such groups as artistic directors, finance directors, company managers, education directors, development directors, marketing directors, literary managers/dramaturgs, information technology directors and other senior staff. Moderated by experienced professionals from the field, these series offer geographically separated managers the opportunity to share information and ideas and to work with peers to find solutions to common problems. Participation in the Theatre Professionals Teleconferences is only open to staff at TCG Member Theatres, and the cost is $75 per series.

Trustee Teleconferences

TCG is proud to offer Trustee Teleconferences, a program of the TCG Trustee Leadership Network. This program offers trustees an opportunity to discuss the challenges, strategies and solutions they face in governing a not-for-profit theatre. There are no set expectations for the outcome of the teleconferences; only the inherent benefit in sharing information and developing a national network of trustees who can continue to call upon one another long after the teleconferences are finished.

TeleTrend Workshops

TCG is pleased to offer a new opportunity for our member theatres to directly interact with, and learn from, expert service providers across the country! TeleTrend Workshops will be an excellent opportunity to find out about the newest and most productive trends in theatre management and how to implement them at your theatre. TeleTrend Workshops will take place on selected Mondays between February 11, 2008 and April 7, 2008 at 2:00pm EST, and last one hour. TeleTrend Workshops are open to any staff members at TCG member theatres, and there are no registration charges.
