Registration Rates for the 2025 TCG Fall Forum on Governance

Because of the post-pandemic economic challenges facing our theatre ecology, TCG has frozen the registration rates for members at pre-pandemic levels.

We've also extended our early bird deadline to 10/10.

Fall Forum Scholarships

 TCG is offering scholarships for theatre professionals in governance-related roles to attend the TCG Fall Forum 2025. These governance-related roles include, but are not limited to:

  •  Board member
  • Trustee
  • Artistic leader
  • Managing leader
  • Fundraising / development / advancement officer
  • Marketing director
  • Any role that involves an average of four or more hours per week working with the organization's governing body. 

 

What does it cover?

The scholarship covers 100% of your registration fee. It does not include accommodations, transportation, or other related expenses.

Who can apply?  

To apply, you must be serving in a governance-related role at a theatre with an operating budget of:

  • $499,999 or less (TCG Budget Group 1), or
  • $500,000 and $999,999 (TCG Budget Group 2)  

 Members of any committees associated with TCG or the 2025 Fall Forum should not apply for these scholarships as there may be support through different means. Please inquire through your TCG point of contact. 

How will recipients be selected?  

Recipients will be selected through a random lottery. 

When is the deadline?  

The deadline to apply for scholarships is Thursday, October 16, 2025 at:

  • 11:59pm ET (including Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands)
  • 10:59pm CT
  • 9:59pm MT
  • 8:59pm PT
  • 7:59pm AKT
  • 5:59pm HT
  • 4:59pm ST (American Samoa) and
  • Friday, October 17, 2025 at 1:59pm ChT (Guam and Northern Mariana Islands)  

TCG will not consider late applications. TCG will notify you of the scholarship decision by Friday, October 17, 2025.
